Is Vastu and numerology both linked to each other ?

Hi,

I would like to know if vastu and numerology are related to each other.

eg., I am planning to buy this flat in Sydney Australia. Vastu seems to be OK as per my knowledge. But the flat number is 8. How does it effect the lift of the owner or Tenant living this this house.

Please Advise me if anything wrong with Vastu  or Numbers in address.
